Real Living president, Kaira Sturdivant Rouda, authored a book entitled Real You Incorporated, 8 Essentials for Women Entrepreneurs published by Wiley. The book highlights several women entrepreneurs and focuses on branding and the Real Living story.
I’ve personally worked with Kaira since June of 1995 and can tell you, without bias, that the book is phenomenal. She is the most creative person I’ve ever worked with and her enthusiasm and experiences are the focal point of the book's message. It is a must read for any entrepreneur (Realtors, broker/owners, small business owners within any industry) as it makes the reader really think about creating his or her brand and differentiating from others in the market. The book leaves every reader with a defined direction.
Additionally, Real You Incorporated is an easy read. Kaira’s writing style is smart, real, down to earth, and most importantly, fun.
If you are a male, don’t shy away. The content transcends gender.
